Yes! If you are a frequenter of computer screens these definitely help. I was skeptical but these work as a buffer and have definitely saved me from many a eye strain. I don't wear them every single day but it's nice to know that they actually do serve a purpose when I need them.
Great for laptop (1 ft away) but not TV/gaming (9 ft away)
Great for PC/monitor viewing (short distance). It seems to have a slight magnification, because I see better with them on (when working on a laptop). For me, they didn't work with gaming on a console 9 feet away. I wish the lenses would be larger since I have to move my head to view my laptop (15.4") thru the lenses. I didn't have them protected with a case and the lenses chipped in my junk drawer--again hindsight is 20/20... I still use them. They seem to take out the blue coloring from the light emanating from LCD's.

These glasses are good for the price. At first I was annoyed that they have some magnification but I've gotten used to it. They help me when I sit at my computer by relieving the glare on my eyes from the screen. (I also like that they make me look professional.)
