didn't precisely fit to the case but good quality and the case has nothing to do with the use of the roller. still helpful to put them in when I travel.
Love my Jade
Stays nice and cool and really feels good on my face and neck. I grab it up while watching TV and just roll on my face and neck. My face does feel firmer and I believe that my complexion has better color.

Five Stars for Roller and customer service
My first roller broke on the first use, it must have had a rough trip in the mail, but the 5 therapy people were so gracious that they sent me a new Jade roller, which was perfect in every way- quiet, smooth, and very effective for facial massage. It also feels refreshing and works even better from the fridge or freezer to de- puff the under eye area. It also comes in a sturdy padded case - not a box, which makes for excellent protection. If you are going to choose a roller, I would not look any further, its an excellent buy and very beautiful and useful.

i love this tool! iโve been looking at jade rollers for a long time but finally decided on this one and iโm so glad i did. using the roller feels great on the face and is very soothing and refreshing. itโs a really easy and quick way to feel fancy and luxurious.

it is serpentine and not jade if the mineral energy is important to you. I had to cut the foam on the inside of the box to make sure it fit perfectly. I can see that it is glued together but looks sturdy enough. Mine was not broken which I was worried about from the other reviews. Loved the roller. I put jasmine essential oil on the metal by the ends of the stone so that it wouldn't squeak (it didn't already but just to be extra safe) and so that it would be extra nice. I put mine in the cover and then in the refrigerator so it's cooler and use it with my sheet mask facials. I have a lot of knots in my throat and face that will need to be slowly worked out over time but I can see this instrument will be the key factor in reversing them.
