These are super sharp and ACTUALLY made in Japan. They sit inside a plastic base that acts as the catcher. It does a fair job at catching nail clipping, but has a decent emergency file on the back. Made by Greenbell. Unlike most American, cheap, clippers, the folding handle is pinned to the post so they'll always be together and it won't wear out.
