This is a must have for stuffy nose or congested head
I've used the Japanese healing oil for many years and it is great for clearing sinus passages. Also great for head aches. I usually put a small drop on my finger and inhale the scent with my nostrils. it provides temporary relief when the head and sinuses feel congested. I might also add a few drops to my pillow at night to inhale the scent and help me sleep when I am congested. A small amount goes a long way. For headache I put a drop on my fingertip an massage into forehead or temples.

This one (made in Germany) you can use external and INTERNAL. Put 3-5 drops in very hot water and stir it. Wait until you can drink it - it helps a lot with a cold or breathing problems. You can apply it to your skin for muscle pain.<br />- Don't put in eyes - it will open them wide, wash it out - nothing bad will happen if you are careful.<br />Most US products of that type can't be used internally!<br />Our family uses it for more than 50 years very successful.
