It's okay

If you use this enough you will indeed FEEL something. Overuse it and your jawline will feel like it was chewing rocks.<br /><br />So I went on YouTube for videos on how to use this thing because there aren't really any instructions. Some videos show the before and after results, the happy kind. Now, I'm not sure if I'm one who has benefited from the positive results. Either I'm not consistent enough in using it, or this isn't quite doing the trick. Overall, it's sturdy and built nice. Easy to clean and comes in a pretty color. I will have to keep using it and hopefully report a positive update on this.
