This short book contains some of the best information on breathing you will ever read. Many myths are dispelled and replaced with anatomically accurate information that is actually usable. It's near impossible to find a source of information on breathing that is both user-oriented (ie-will actually help you breathe better) AND anatomically accurate. This is a book I will continue to re-read until I'm dead.

There is a wealth of information about breathing in The Art of Breathing. I am amazed at how Ms Wolf's descriptions create a new awareness in my entire being. Her years of studying with Carl Stough have been expressed and presented in a very useful and practical way. This is a very important book for all of us who breathe!
