Wear long socks? Get this!!
I have to wear knee high socks since I wear AFOs. It is very uncomfortable than having your sock slip down inside the AFO.<br /><br /> This stuff holds them in place! I simply put a little bit near the top of my calf and it holds them there all day long!<br /><br /> I have seen my wife use it as well on some of her little socks that tend to twist around inside her shoe.
