I live an hour from the nearest place where I can get a tip replaced and with this little gadget I am able to do it myself. The first time installing a new tip took some time but I got it right. I am using this on my Predator 314 and Z3 S tuned shafts and its comes out right every time. With care it gets quicker and easier each time as well. I had my son clean up the mushroomed tip on his Predaror tip and he liked it too!
