I think this has to be some of the best shampoo and conditioner I have ever used. My hair is a complete disaster because I have been coloring since I was a teenager. So, frizzy - check, dryness - check, split- ends - check everything you can think of - double check!!! I can actually brush my hair after using this and it's not trying to stand up on each side of my head. This stuff is amazing and it makes my hair so soft. If you have damaged hair I really think you should try this.
