Amazing product!
This is one of the only eyeliners I've ever found that doesn't smudge. I have oily hooded lids, and this did not transfer to my upper eyelid. Nor did it smear under my eye. It feels kind of strange--when it dried I could definitely feel it on my upper and lower lids. But it didn't smear, flake, or transfer. It's hard to find a dark burgundy liquid eyeliner and this one is both attractive and functional. I'm going to get it in other colors.
