Quick and forgiving shave, but not as smooth compared to guard-less razors

I decided to try these blades with my Feather SS. My initial feeling about the product was very positive! It definitely is a different experience then guard less blades, and it took me 1 pass to get use to it.<br /><br />My assessment is that this blade can offer quick shaves that's very forgiving for bad angles, very ideal for people who are in a rush in the morning and doesn't need extremely close shave. That leads to the weakness, due to the guard it can't quite offer the closest shave possible, and when applying pressure the guard may poke into your skin and slightly irritate.<br /><br />Since my facial hair doesn't grow out very fast, I prefer to shave as close as possible so the smoothness lasts whole day. I personally won't be getting guarded blades again, but for those who wants to use straight razor, but still want quick and forgiving shave, this is a great option.
