This is VERY good for a natural deodorant as you only have to reapply once per day! You only need a swipe or two under each arm. The con is that you get a VERY small amount! It lasted several months, but you still expect a regular size of deodorant. So BE CAREFUL when you order this, get the regular size and not the trial size like I did.
