Helps with much needed sleep
OH. MY. GOSH. Was hesitant about this because it seemed too good to be. Boy was I GLAD I was TOTALLY wrong. I have been having trouble sleeping and I can 100% promise you that i slept until my alarm when off. Which for me fyi that NEVER happens. I usually wake up a few times a night. NOT with these. I assumed a cold eye Gel pack would be better for eyes, but that is not true. The heat was warm, comfortable, and soothing. I left it on overnight and idk if it was the warmness or lavender scent or both that did the trick, but I was extremely satisfied and will be buying more stat!
It will knock you out
I buy these any chance i get at a local japanese market. when i say these will put you to sleep, I mean lights out. If i have terrible sleeping, i put one of these out and i'm out like a light. if you a nervous flyer like me, there are a must because you will probably be asleep before take off lol
