USE THIS ON CURLY HAIR for smooth curls!!!!! I know this seems strange. But I bought this product because I received a REALLY bad perm at a salon and after dealing with damage, fuzz and frizz for about 4 months I was fed up and decided to give up and straighten it. The prices for a salon straitening treatment was outrageous. So I decided to attempt it myself.<br /><br />When the box arrived, I loved how all of the products are full sized. I was going to wait until the weekend to do the whole straightening process but decided to go ahead and try out the clarifying shampoo and deep conditioners during the week. I could tell even after the first use of the shampoo and conditioner what a difference it made to the texture of my hair. It softened it and smoothed the curls and now I can run my fingers through it without it tangling.<br /><br />So needless to say, the shampoo and conditioners alone fixed my fuzzy issues without having to straighten my hair. I love my soft curls now and am so grateful that I decided to "test" the shampoos and conditioners. It just made sense to me to try it because even though these are made to smooth straight hair, it can still smooth curls as well. So I use #1,3,4,5 every week. I went ahead and tossed #2 - the straightening solution.<br /><br />They need to market their conditioners and shampoos to curly headed people!! Unfortunately I will have to buy the whole kit each time I need to replace the conditioner or shampoo since they do not sell the separate :-( But, this product has saved my hair so it is totally worth it.

Five stars for this one! My second time buying this kit and I'm glad it's even cheaper on Amazon. :) To get better results make sure to continue using the mask after the application. It last about 4-5 weeks on my hair. Will buy agaon. Thank you!

I followed the instructions on the paper that came with the box and it worked great on my hair! So far, it's the best results from any home treatments that I've used. The application took a little longer than I expected, but it's definitely worth it. My hair feels soft now and the frizz is pretty much gone. I'm very happy with the product and will definitely buy again!

I wrote a review yesterday which was the first time I had used the product. I have hair the is curly in some areas and wavy in others. I wanted something that would stand up to midwest summer humidity that did not have formaldehyde. I used this the same day I recieved it and was quite happy with the results. My hair ironed out almost perfectly straight and stayed that way the rest of the day. The only problem I had overnight was I sometimes perspire at night due to medications. I had to iron out a couple of bent areas but they straitened very quickly. Today I washed my hair and used the conditioner. It cut drying time in half and ironed out almost perfectly straight again. When I went to dry it today it still had that slight dry feeling that I assume showed that the keratin was still in my hair. I should point out that I'm a male, 63 years old with shoulder length hair. If your hair is long enough to iron it, this product will work. I am impressed that the dry feeling went away as I ironed and my hair was soft and drifted as I walked. I admit that I'm a bit vain about my hair since I'm the only one in the family that still has hair I graduated high school with. I am extremely happy with the results and will continue to use it. It even helped me cover up my lousy attempt to thin my hair. Never do that again. My only concern is that the product is said to be very safe but it's advised to wear gloves when applying. Why is that?
