Smoothest shave
Very smooth shave, no foam, low fragrance, and non-โcoolingโ. I bought half a dozen of these many years ago when Remington first sold these for $2 each. It must have been like 10 years ago and Iโm almost out so I needed more. Just a pea sized amount is all thatโs needed for a shave. Yes, a tube lasts 2 years for me. The low scent and non-cooling effect are really important to me, almost as important as it being as smooth as it is.
Great low-foam product
I've been using this stuff for years, just now writing a review. I order it on Amazon, because I can't find it at local stores anymore in PA. I love it because it lubricates well, but it produces very little foam. So you can see better what you are shaving. I highly recommend.
Truly The King
This is the best shave product made. Itโs translucence allows stressless, easy, and mistake free shaving when you have short/trimmed facial hair. Youโre never guessing. You can see where your shaving up to. Very slick and gentle on the neck. Hard to believe anyone would use canned foam or a brush with white (not clear) lather anymore. A little bit of this goes a long way. Iโve been using this for many years. In the past, not easily available. Due to erratic availability over the years, I keep a decent stock on hand. My teenage daughters attempted to test drive dadโs Alpha-Gel. They wastefully over applied - downed half a tube per leg. I shut that down quickly. Dad gets the King of Shaves. They get Cremo.
