Absolutely love these nails. I am pretty rough and hit my fingers constantly but they stay on. If you take the time to put them on properly them they will let. Push your cuticles back. Go over the top of your nail with file and put glue on your nail and the inside of the false nail, blow for a sec them put it on and hold until it's firm. Don't put your hands in street for about two hours afterwards and it will have a good seal.
