This product is fantastic. I don't know why there are bad reviews

I've been using this on my eyeliner for work and play, as even the waterproof smudges or runs on me. This product is fantastic. I don't know why there are bad reviews. I use a small brush and make sure I get every spot of the eyeliner covered with a thin layer of sealant. It lasts for the entire day. No complaints whatsoever. I am not a make up artist, I simply use it for any time I put eyeliner on and it has saved me from racoon face!
