Doesn’t appear waterproof.
I bought this fixing powder because it said it was waterproof and I wanted it for around my eyes to set my concealer, however, near the corner of my eyes I found that it was affected by normal eye tearing during the day and by mid afternoon, my inner eyes were sloppy looking and I needed to repair. Not sure I would purchase again.
