I purchased this after seeing the review given by Wayne Goes on YouTube and this is my first contour kit. It is dry and light applied by brush and then patted in, blends beautifully. I have very oily skin so I really didn't want something too creamy or oily. This has very good coverage with a very small amount. I'm using it primarily on brownish sun damage at the top of my cheeks and age spots on the sides of my face. This palette is a perfect match for my complexion. I'm still experimenting with it but so far I'm very happy with what I'm seeing. It is holding well on my slick skin with a finish of powder. I would recommend it for oily skin like mine especially. It might be too dry for dry or flaky skin unless you moisturize heavily.
