Unsatisfied customer then finally satisfied!
This is my second unit from Kun hair the first was a light yaki and 20inches but because I am shorter, it looked more like 22inches. Beautiful hair!<br />This second unit disappoints me because it's silkier than light yaki therefore makes it look unrealistic in my opinion. I am a cocoa skinned woman and I need a bit of texture in my life!<br />Kun, why???<br /><br />Update:<br />Kun hair contacted me and with concern about my purchase from them and offered to make it right by sending a new wig or refunding me. They also apologized for my inconvenience and that the wig wasn't what I ordered. I really appreciate their professionalism and honest care about my frustration.<br />When I do business with a company and have an issue and they make it right, it's only fair to the potential customers to know how they work and that your purchase will be right for the next customer and if not, they'll make it right.<br />Thanks to Reed @ Kun hair.<br />Updating my stars!!
