Better than the expensive department store version!
In a moment of "temporary shopping insanity" I fell in love with this and purchased it at an expensive department store and paid almost $200. When I tried it on, it was warm on my head and neck. But when I got home I regretted my expensive purchase and returned it. This item is essentially the same exact product as the expensive department store but at a fraction of the price. It's actually broader, so it covers more area of your head or neck. I'm so glad I ultimately ordered this from Amazon! I'd order this product again.
