It’s an interesting color…..

The color is really unique. Ginger bomb is almost a dupe for Nyx London like a beigy yellow matte lip color. I am going to have to learn how to wear this definitely with a lip liner. There is a bit of a white overcast with this color not as great as the other colors in the UK les chocolats collection but much more wearable than the other US les chocolats (sweet tooth is straight up zombie on me). I have heard that some you tubers compare it to peanut butter on the lips. On my skin tone (think Kerry Washington, Vivica A Fox,) its like a light Carmel brown with gold undertones. For lighter skin tones it can certainly look like you have jaundice or the dreaded 00’s concealer lip. It’s a tricky color to wear but for me I know a good dark brown lip liner will do the trick (with a Smokey eye it’s a great night or day look with a toned down eye). We will see how it goes so far I like, it not blown away but it has potential.
