100% boars hair bristle for sure .
this is a good brush definitely made out of 100% boars hair. I even did the lighter test. All bristles smelled like burnt hair when I burned the few that I did. anyone who is looking for a good boars hair bristle brush should buy this one.
Loved this brush
Growing out my curly ethnic hair and need something to massage my scalp, smooth out my curls, distribute sebum and circulate product throughou. This brush did the trick for awhile and will continue to be useful. As my thick, curly hair grows, the bristles are too soft to reach the scalp and have begun using a brush with stiffer boar bristles. Also, the size and handle was a bit small for my size 8 women's glove hands
Retro man's hair brush.
Reminds me of the old brush I had that was sold by the famous door to door sales brush company. Had I not lost the old one while traveling, I'd still have it, and I expect that this brush will serve me as well.

My mom was looking for a pure boar bristle brush for months, being blind made it even harder finding one. While talking with her one day I decided to go online and look. I read reviews and the specs and this brush seemed to meet what she was looking for. I took a chance and ordered it.
