A great peel!
I am addicted to these feet masks. I do one about every 3 - 4 months. Its gross but cool to see all the dead skin peel off and soft beautiful skin underneath. I've tried many brands and this was one of the best. Some just kinda flake and look like you have foot dandruff. Nothing to peel and your feet don't feel much different after wards. However this brand mask peeled off in huge pieces. It was grossly satisfying to peel it off.<br /><br />I left the foot masks on for 2 hours, didn't mean too but I was web surfing and lost track of time. They didn't sting or burn at all. It started to peel in a couple of days and was the fastest peel I've ever gotten. Right now they are mostly dead skin free except for the edges which are flaky. The bottoms are soft and I'm really happy with this mask. I hope I can find more of them!
Immediate Results
I've used a similar product prior to ordering the Melao Lavender Scented Foot Peel Mask. The best part is that this brand MELAO is HALF the cost of the brand my nail salon first turned me on to, with same desired results! I followed their instructions, soaking my feet prior to slipping them into the booties and securing with the adhesive tabs. I then covered with a pair of socks to ensure I achieved maximum contact of my feet to the activated gel in the booties (not part of their instructions). Waited the recommended hour and rinsed thoroughly. No adverse or allergic reactions or sensitivity . Peeling shown in pics began around 36 hours later. I'm still in the peeling process, but I know I'm going to love the smooth results, just in time for sandal season! If you are a first time user, know that your feet will peel for several days so wear socks to collect the skin. And don't use too close prior to a big event where your feet will be seen. I recommend this product.
Just started peeling so working they should
So far this has worked well. Wear the booties for a while and take them off. Mine have just started to peel and it is the oddest feeling but theyre working like they said they would. Here's hoping for some softer feet after a couple weeks
Really works, super soft feet
I didn't think this would work but it does! It definitely makes your feet peel and after it's all done they are baby smooth. I followed the instructions and my feet peeled for approximately a week. After they were done peeling I gave myself a home pedicure because it didn't take off EVERY callus but it did well enough that they were soooo smooth afterwards. My feet are summer time ready!
Starts peeling fast if you soak daily
I have to say wow just wow. I have use foot peels in the past and usually they can take up to two weeks to start peeling completely. These suggest you wear them for about 1 hour. I soaked my feet for a good 30 minutes and some nice warm water drive them up put the little foot booties on. make sure I soak my feet everyday for 30 minutes and by day three my feet started peeling. I have to say I'm very shocked and very amazed how fast we started peeling since usually they do take over a week. over all I have to say this product is one of the best out there to have an immediate foot peel in about a week and a half my feet a completely stop peeling and they look amazing.
A great and safe way to remove stubborn dry skin
These foot masks have really helped the backs and bottoms of my dry and cracked heels. I have found that using these roughly once every two weeks is enough to keep my feet soft and smooth. These are easy to use and tape securely closed. They smell pleasant and don't overpower with anything artificial or "perfumed". The booties are thick and don't leak lotion all over the place, either. Once the peeling process starts, just be sure to moisturize and GENTLY exfoliate.
Leaves feet noticeably soft for weeks
I love this type of peeling foot masks. It's so satisfying to peel off large swaths of skin and be left with softer feet for weeks. I've used masks from a few brands, and this is a pretty solid one.<br /><br />Unlike some other brands, this mask starts having noticeable effects on the very first day after application. I noticed my foot was itchy on the side and didn't think much of it until the afternoon, when I looked down and realized it was itchy because the skin was already beginning to dry out and peel.<br /><br />Unfortunately, this mask doesn't work like the others to dry out large pieces of skin that you can just peel off. Instead, small tiny bits of skin start peeling, as if you were chapped in various different spots. I found that it was most effective to sit down after a shower, which helped loosen the dead skin, and carefully rub or pull at the dry bits. Only then larger areas start coming off, though still in small bits at a time.<br /><br />However, this mask leaves your feet softer for weeks! Of course, the first week after is the softest, but even three weeks later, my feet are noticeably softer than before. I'm honestly tempted to use this mask once every 6 weeks just to maintain the softness.
It's good
This Melao lavender exfoliant foot peel works very well. The box contains one set of booties for one time use. Itโs real simple to use these. You have to start off by cleaning your feet well. It doesnโt hurt to give them a bit of a soak for a time as well beforehand. Just to get them good ready. Next, you place the booties on your feet. Itโs recommended that you put socks over the booties to hold them firmly in place since you have to wear them for an hour. I did just that and think thatโs a mighty fine recommendation to follow. When that hour is up, you take all that off your feet and give your feet a good washing with soap and water. Now comes the waiting game. At first, I thought they did absolutely nothing.For days, I thought they did nothing. Then, around the 4th/5th day my feet just started to peel. They were shedding skin. It was so weird! They continued to do that for a few days and when it was all over my feet did look and feel really nce for quite some time. Just remember to keep moisturizing to keep them looking and feeling nice for a long time after.<br /><br />The thing about this product is that you canโt expect instant results. It takes a few days and you have to still use the same moisturizers and stuff you were using on your feet, or at least I did. I have really dry feet in spots and I despise it so to have something actually work for a little while was great. You would have to use these every so often though, I think, to keep them as nice.<br />At this time, when I type this, there isnโt a price listed for these so I canโt tell you if itโs worth it or not but they work well and could be.
