I purchased the Fully Digital Infrared European Sauna Blanket from LCL Beauty, during shipment I received the incorrect digital equipment to plug it into. I advised their customer service department of the issue and they fixed it immediately and emailed me free postage to print out and place on the incorrect shipment to send back. I received the correct equipment within 2 days. I absolutely love this Infrared Sauna Blanket and should actually use it more often, because I always feel better when I do! Whenever I am feeling run down, muscle fatigued or sickly I put the blanket on my bed and turn it on and zip myself in with a large bottle of water within reach and relax for about 45 minutes. The last time I used it I had bronchitis and was coming down with the flu, so I had the chills non-stop...I drank plenty of liquids, had some soup, took my oregano oil, and hopped into my Infrared European Sauna Blanket a couple times per day and was back to normal within a couple days. Note: Drink plenty of water/electrolytes if you are dehydrated before, during and after using the sauna blanket for maximum results. This thing is amazing. I am very happy with my purchase.
