I just received this item today and it works so perfect! Lighting is perfect, you will apply your makeup with such ease! I purchased this because my husband always takes up the bathroom where I get the best Light for my makeup but with this mirror I won't have that problem anymore. I highly recommend this product, if you haven't got it yet your missing out! I just ordered a second one!
Good for the Purpose..
I am a burlesque dancer and I needed a lighted mirror that was small enough to pack easily and had a decent light for backstage club areas. I bought this based on its reviews and it really worked great for my purposes. I love that the light is adjustable. When I go to shows I normally try to have my makeup done on arrival so I needed this for quick touch ups and glances before I go on stage. The light does leave some shadows so it's not ideal for every purpose but it works perfectly for mine. I haven't tried using the USB to recharge the batteries yet but I liked that functionality. It uses four AA batteries and it was left on all evening during a two hour show plus intermission and it didn't run the batteries down at all.<br /><br />The only complaint I have about it is that the base doesn't seem to be easily removable. I know other reviews have mentioned that it was but that has not been my experience. Everyone in my troupe is planning to buy one of their own because they all liked mine so much.
