This thing is a lifesaver for me :)
I've been using this for a few months now, and was shocked to see people leaving poor reviews on this. I've been combining this scrub with a konjac sponge (charcoal or green tea work great) and it's made a noticeable difference on my skin. My skin has cleared up to the point that my coworkers have even made comments on my arms being so clear now. The app isn't letting me add a photo right now but I'll post an after picture of my arms later.<br /><br />Seriously, I could not do without this product! I've been to dermatologists, they've said I can either A) put on this expensive chemical cream every night that stains all fabric it comes in contact with, or B) I can stop going out in the sun, eating spicy foods, or drinking red wine.... ummm no thank you ma'am I'll go with C) something that lets me live life and doesn't turn my bed sheets into a Jackson Pollock. For years I thought there wasn't anything I could do, I tried hard exfoliant, I tried moisturizers, and often times it just made the bumps worse. I'm so glad I finally found something that works :)

I love this product. This is the one of the only products to have helped clear up the KP on my arms and legs. I use it a couple of times a week in conjunction with Touch Keratosis Pilaris lotion.<br /><br />I’ve used Glytone wash and lotion previously as well as other products from a highend store. Lilah and James exfoliating scrub works a lot better and is more cost effective.

Had no idea a scrub could work this well! Used those bathroom hand scrub gloves, and used it literally did not scrimp. Soaked 20 minutes efore and long as I had time . About 30 minutes more, maybe an hour totally.The time was well worth it . I feel.t so clean and cool, It is still earlySept here. My skin was so soft! My son has same skin condition,I do and I hope I can convince him to scrub himself<br /><br /> not feminine at all,

I am def loving the way this feels so far. I have always been super self cautious of the bumps on my arm. Especially when my husbans would rub his hand on them. I will continue to update on how this helps them So far so good

I got the scrub and the moisturizing cream. I have been using both items for about a week and I have really enjoyed them. I have those ugly bumps on the back of my arms and using this product has reduced the redness so far and made my skin softer. This scrub i used daily in the shower and it was easily applied and washed off. The scrub has light scent and feels nice on the skin. I had no sensitivity to this product. Tiny bumps on my arms are finally gone!
This Lilah James KP exfoliating scrub is one of my new favorite exfoliators. I use exfoliators every night in the shower because if I don't, all the dead skin cells and oil build up and make me break out terribly. I have combination skin, so it also helps when my skin is so flaky and peeling. Putting on makeup after I've exfoliated with this scrub is like having a new face.<br /><br />This one is awesome. I love how gentle it is while still being effective. It doesn't make my skin red or feel raw or sensitive. It just feels fresh and actually clean. It gets all the way into my pores and cleans them out completely. It has a cooling and calming effect on my skin that I don't really get with some of the other face products Ive used. I also use this scrub on the tops of my arms. I have the Keratosis Pilaris bumps and they are so annoying and hard to get rid of. You can't pop them or scrub them away, but this scrub does the trick.<br /><br />The scrub is thick and luxurious with small scrubber beads immersed throughout. I love the fresh scent, you can really smell the essential oils. It is 70% organic and is paraben and cruelty free. The packaging is simple and attractive with a plastic white jar, simple red accents and modern font. I don't mind having it sit out in my bathroom.<br /><br />I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this to anyone looking to add to their skin care routine.<br /><br />I purchased this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest review.
