Took a little time to warm up to
My girls werenโt too sure about these the first couple of days. Cats are so smart though. I was able to talk to them and demonstrate with my hands that itโs to rub on. They soon picked up on it and love them now for โrubbies!โ They love getting the sides of their faces especially.

So far, it holds up to my cats rough housing. (day 1). The "bristles" are a bit harder than I expected, but it doesn't seem to bother my kitty at all, so I'm giving this item 5 stars. :) My cat is 12 pounds for reference.
Worth my $
Only issue is the catnip provided was open so my cat was like meh. But he loved scratching so still a great product. Didn't need to screw it in, the mounting tape holds great!
