This supplement is intended to keep nutritional balance and assist with a keto diet.
I lost 70lbs in 90days. Definitely not a healthy weight loss plan but I went from 360lbs to 290 from October 1st through New Year’s Day. Started getting light headed and quit the diet. I’ve maintained my weight 17 months and I’ve started back. Goal is roughly 250. It’s hard to stay in ketosis,so you have to be dedicated and do research. Very similar to the Atkins diet.
