Best alternative to a back brush.
I love this silicone back scrubber because it is more convenient to use than my back brush. I have a long handled brush but sometimes it's difficult to reach where I want because of a shoulder injury. I'm a senior with quite a few molds on my back so this silicone scrubber is so much softer rubbing across those areas, I don't have to worry about irritating the molds. It also stretches to a point that is comfortable to use and a good exfoliater as well. I recommend it and would give it as a gift.

Just what I needed
Gentle back exfoliant, works great!
I have used different types of back scrubbers in the past. There's the loofah scrub with the wooden handles, the loofah that is similar to this that has two handles, long terry cloth towels that are supposed to accomplish the same purpose. However, I really love the design of particular utility of this silicone back scrubber for two main reasons:<br />1. You feel that it works! I use liquid soap and put a little blob on the silicone and start with a left to right motion on my back. I feel it working because once you rinse the soap, your skin feels squeaky clean! I have started using it for all over the body, as it feels like a nice massage on my legs and arms. I prefer using the smaller silicones for the washing up part, and the larger ones to massage my back. The material is stretchy enough that you can use it lengthwise to really get at the parts of your back that are hard to get at (like your spine area). And because it is made of silicone, it doesn't absorb the soap so you end up using less of it.<br /><br />2. It's easy to clean. Like I mentioned earlier, I've used different iterations of back scrubbers before, and all of them were absorbent and needed to be dried by itself or you risk mold. I like that the silicone is easy to clean (just wash it off!) and dries quickly.<br /><br />I highly recommend this item. I really do find it useful, and makes me feel cleaner.
