Great Addition to A Convection Oven!
I have recently bought a Big Boss convection oven that came with a mesh rack for french fries. Its edges are turned up so it looks more like a bowl. It is super functional as the fries are staying in place and not falling through its closely wired grid. I wanted something similar for an older oven. This is the closest I have found, even though it is flat. Still works great for the purpose.
Fits the Big Boss Air Fryer
I wanted a stainless steel flat mesh for my Big Boss. This works great. It isn't completely flat -- it has a slight curve to it and the mesh is wavy -- but it is pretty flat and is working for me.
Useful as grill to cook meat in fry pan.
Works great on top of separately purchased stainless steel tripod to keep meat out of grease in frying pan. Also enables steaming of meat with lid on sauté pan.
