I use a prescription pain cream on my lower back daily. Because I have arthritis, I'm not very flexible, so to reach around and apply the cream and message it in with my hands, is impossible. So when nobody is around to help me, this little tool helps SO MUCH! I apply some cream on the flat surface and apply and message away till the cream is absorbed! The handle is adjustable in length, so it will reach wherever you need it to.
