Great color!
Such a good color. I found that sometimes black can be a little harsh of an eye liner (at least for brown eyes) and this navy-like color is beautiful! You hvae to put on a good ammount and it gets darker and darker the more you put on...I thought it worked good and is really stunning for dark eyes. Loved it!
