The best eyeliner I've ever used. Goes on smooth. Stays all day. Make sure you have a eye pencil sharpener :)
LOVE this eyeliner!
I absolutely LOVE this eyeliner! This was my first time trying Aqua XL, but it will be my main go-to eyeliner from now on! It is a pencil, but it still goes on smooth, dark, and it doesn't smear (which is the best part)! It lasts all day without having to reapply, it doesn't fade, and it stays in place. I don't normally take the time to leave reviews, but I had to on this one! Best makeup purchase I've made in a while!

I love makeup forever Aqua XL eyeliner it's the only thing I use stays on very extremely well better than liquid for me anyway !
Fantastic and wonderful
I have been using eye liner for 50 years, all different brands, pencils and liquid liner, some saying water proof, water resistant, smudge proof and so on. However, this product Works! I put it on once in the morning and it is still there 13 hours later. It really does stay on until I wipe it off.<br />I have an excess of eye lid given my age, but this pencil stays on until I wipe it off. I also wear contacts so my yes water sometimes during the day but this liner is still there at end of day. It works!! I highly recommend it, it is a little pricy but it WORKS!<br />It's amazing! If I could mark 50 stars I would.
Mixed Feelings
When it works, it works very well and stays on. The problem I run into is that it sometimes doesnt work until I sharpenn it a few times. I have purchased 2 and had same problem.
