Doesn't pull hair or scratch head!
My daughter and I love this style of brush. It doesn't pull for those who are tender-headed. The bristles are flexible with a small plastic ball at the end of each one so it doesn't scratch your head. I haven't had any of the little balls at the end come off, either. This is our 3rd brush of this type.
