Iโm having a slight issue but itโs not so big (yet) that I would give it less than 5 stars. I was able to use this product and it really works great. I used a brush cleaning solution and then the electric brush cleaner and it does the job itโs intended for. I read one review that said โI donโt want something that just spinsโ well Iโm not sure what else anyone expects it to do, the question is if it spins strong enough to clean the makeup out from in between the bristles and does it dry quickly, the answer to both is YES. SO NOW Iโm hoping that the issue Iโm having can be resolved quickly, itโs a minor issue so for now Iโm leaving my rating at 5 stars, if itโs not, Iโll be back to adjust my rating because customer service is best evaluated after they have your money. So if I get great costumer service or bad customer service, I will come back and share my experience. Stay tuned. ๐ (todayโs date 4/9/2019)
FINALLY CLEAN AGAIN!
I've tried other methods to clean my brushes and never had success because they always leave makeup behind. This brush cleaner finally made my favorite brush almost like new again! I'm so glad I don't have to buy a new one.
