Great price for awesome makeup brushes!!!
Iโm in love with these brushes!!! I ordered them for myself, because Iโm always searching for good makeup brushes and I am very happy. They are elegant and super soft bristles. My makeup went on evenly and I didnโt have to use to much of my foundation to get good coverage.
Great Drugstore Quality Brush Set
This is a really nice brush set for someone who is getting into makeup or if you want some extra brushes to add to your collection.<br /><br />I bought them because they are vegan and promise to be soft and not fall apart when you wash them. I felt like they were a good price for 11 brushes, an eyebrow brush, and a case.<br /><br />They are nicely made, I like that they have weight to them. There isn't any glue sticking out anywhere and the rose gold metal is very pretty. Doesn't look cheap at all. The bristles are very soft and do not have any sort of chemical odor. They are also cut very evenly, no extra bristles sticking up.<br /><br />I washed them before using and none of the bristles shed. I dried them hanging bristles down in my makeup brush drying rack.<br /><br />The case is nice, it is soft and doesn't feel like cheap plastic. I would prefer something that has a magnetic snap instead of the tie (which might fall off with use, I don't know). The larger brushes have plastic sleeves to keep the bristles covered so you could keep the brushes in the case and not get makeup all over the inside.<br /><br />The Flat Kabuki Brush is my favorite of all of them. I used it to apply foundation and it applied it nicely and didn't soak up my foundation like some of the brushes. I would say it's comparable to a drugstore kabuki brush, it is very soft but it is not as dense as my more expensive brushes.<br /><br />The Face Powder Brush is just a powder brush. It is fluffy and applies powder fine. It did a good job of picking up the product and applying it.<br /><br />The Angled Brush wasn't very useful to me, but might be useful to someone else. It was okay for applying blush but it is very floppy so it doesn't do a very good job blending my blush. I did use the Kabuki brush to blend my blusher. It might be good for applying blush, highlighter, or bronzer but I didn't think it was very good for blending.<br /><br />I don't use that kind of a foundation brush so I can't say how it works but it looks and feels comparable to my drugstore foundation brush.<br /><br />I used some of the eye shadow brushes and I thought they did a wonderful job of picking up the product, applying it, and blending it.<br /><br />Overall I think this is a great brush set, comparable to the brushes you would find in the drugstore. They are a better deal than a lot of the drugstore brushes because you get 11 brushes plus the eyebrow brush and a brush bag. I think it's a great set for anyone wanting to buy one set for a full makeup look, anyone looking for some extra brushes for travel, a gift for a teen who is just getting into makeup, or as a treat for yourself!
