Worth the price for the variety

My daughter was looking for inexpensive brushes to replace her old ones. They arrived in a multi chrome (purple to blue shift) fake leather, which has 10 slots in a few sizes. It has two metal clasps that keep it closed, and she hasn't had any problems with it locking or opening randomly. The brushes themselves are decent quality, but GREAT for the price. The ‘gems’ are little plastic diamond shaped pieces in two colors (depending on the color you chose), and they are small enough so they aren’t uncomfortable when you are holding them and they provide a better grip for accurate use. The one problem she has with the diamonds is that they are held onto the brush with what my daughter could only describe as a piece of double sided tape. There hasn’t been an issue with the diamonds falling out, but I surprised if they eventually did. The rose gold metal on either end is a nice touch and it doesn’t clash. The brush ends are quite dense (depending on what brush you’re using) so it picks up product well and doesn’t suck up too much foundation and concealer. (And the extra brush with the spoolie and think brush for lining is a nice touch.)<br /><br />Overall, I’d say it’s a great product for the price.
