I had already gotten the deeply nourishing body wash and got this product as well in my cart. The butter is lanolin, mineral oil, paraben and fragrance free. It does seem to have a natural coconut smell. The ingredients are all natural: EVOO, Virgin coconut oil, calendula oil, Shea butter & vitamin e. The vitamin e in it makes it suitable for not just nipples. Iโve been using this to put on healed scrapes and soles of my feet for a hydrating overnight treatment. I put it on my healed scrape so that it wont leave a mark. Itโs been leaving my skin very hydrated. Surprising for a product that is meant for nipples! Lol
