Great Hair Brush

It is Stiff
After looking forever for a men's hairbrush that wasn't wimpy, I purchased this brush. It was listed as medium firm, but it is definitely firm/stiff. This is exactly what I was looking for and I liked it so much, I bought another one for my travel kit.

Good for female hair, not just beards
Perfect for my 24in long thick, coarse, tangled, color treated wavy-curly hair. I HATE brushing my hair. Iโm 39 and worse than my 10year old niece when it comes to brushing hair. I recently developed dry scalp and hair breakage due to cold Minnesota weather and I was told this style of brush with regular brushing would help. But many reviews of other prices similar to this for hair similar to mine said the brushes we bad for detaingling. I had no issues with this brush. In fact this brush detangles better than any other brush Iโve owned including a brush that was combo boars hair with the nylon bristles and advertised for thick hair. My hair was not static afterwards like the other brush leaves it, my hair does create breakage like the other brush does, and it was immediately softer and shinier.<br /><br />For those that are looking for a hairbrush and not a beard brush, this is a little on the small side. But that doesnโt make a difference and the size is not ineffective for my thick hair. This was another pleasant surprise given the massive amount of hair I have. I did know I was buying a beard brush so I knew it would be somewhat smaller. And truthfully, I didnโt read the full product description to know the exact size I was purchasing so that was my fault. I am definitely not displeased though. It is also a cheaper price than other brushes so the price plus small size means that I will can but a second one to put in my travel bag!<br /><br />The other feature that I really like is that it does not have that rubber face that other brushes use to embed the bristles. I like that this face is entirely wood because I feel like water will not collect underneath when cleaning it potentially making it moldy. It also makes the bristles appear more firmly attached which hopefully will create less Bristle loss in the long run.

Needed to replace a boar's hair brush. Ordered this product and could NOT be happier! Very firm bristles and perfectly shaped handle. EXCELLENT product!!!
