Great value, solid build and classy leather! Good value and high quality. My go to chair after a round of golf. Iโm glad I shopped after seeing more expensive models elsewhere. This ranks highly in my Best Buy list. One thing, but not important. They misspelled OFF (OF). It came in three big noxes. Installation was intuitive and I just looked at the pictures. I will update after six months. Highly recommended.
Shiatsu Chair
Ordered the chair on July 15 and it arrived (free shipping) on July 18. Very easy to assemble and it works great so far. Have only had it for a couple hours, but so far we love it. Highly recommend this chair and the seller, A+++++.
Nice chair but. Shipping was a nightmare!
Problems with shipping, partial order left at roadside in snow, remainder of order arrived later but also left at roadside.<br />Chair was fairly easy to assemble but electrical connector for airbag pump was left unplugged so I had to remove cover to power supply and figure it out myself. Manual is not very helpful for troubleshooting. On initial tryout of chair found even the lowest strength setting to be way to forceful, even painful at some points during the program, however after some time it appears (or I got used to it) to have lessened in intensity. Overall now that the chair is broken-in I am mostly satisfied with it. I had owned a $3000.00 Panasonic massage chair in the mid 90's that was far superior so that is what I am comparing it to.

Relaxing
Very relaxing massage. I am 5ft 4 in 125 lbs and my husband is 6 ft 3 in 230 lbs and we both enjoy the chair. It comes in 3 boxes which makes getting it to your desired room easy with 2 people. My husband put it together in about an hour. Customer service is great. The first chair had a defect where the seat would not inflate, but Safecube sent out a new one right away. Would definitely recommend the chair and seller.
