Aveda replacement

I like this product a lot. I bought it to replace my Aveda hairbrush which finally broke (the puffy piece the bristles are connected to finally gave in and tore). The Aveda hairbrush lasted me more than 6 years (almost 7) but retails for $28. So this was my “I don’t want to pay $30 for a hairbrush” purchase for 1/3rd of the price. It’s pretty darn close in comparison. The color is a little off and so is the amount of “puff resistance” (can’t think of a better descriptor) but my old one was also very broken in, so I can’t really compare. It’s nice looking and perfectly functional. Worth the $9. Oh- and I have extremely thick hair. Like way beyond average. I’ve had this for a month now and it’s holding up just fine
