I'm in my 30's now, and breaking out is not something I planned on dealing with as an adult. These little patches are amazing. I know they are made for your chin (which is one of my problem areas), but I feel like you could easily use them on your cheek or forehead as well. These cover a decent area and work like a charm. I like to do it at night so my husband doesn't see me walking around with "gunk" on my face all day. I put them on right before falling asleep and wake up with noticeably smaller breakouts. These are a bit on the expensive side, but they're a very good brand and product. I would definitely recommend these!
These work great on larger breakout areas
I've been trying different skin care regimes and due to this, I got a breakout on one of my cheek bones. I decided to try the Hero Cosmetics Mighty Patch Chin rather than the small patches that I have. These come individually packaged within a re-closable box. Each package is sealed well and patch is easy to remove from the backing. I cleansed my face, dried it and placed a patch along my cheek bone. There are slits in the patch making it easy to contour to anywhere on your face. It's highly noticeable simply because it's a large patch, so I chose to wear this while I slept. By morning, the breakout was completely gone! I am absolutely a believer that these patches work very well at tackling breakouts! Another bonus is that the patch did not irritate my sensitive skin. I highly recommend the Hero Cosmetics Mighty Patch Chin!
great brand, useful, but expensive
Mighty Patch is among the best pimple patches I've tried, so I was eager to try this bigger strip. My chin has been a problem area for me since I was a pre-teen, but lately my nose has actually been the issue. I haven't had real breakouts, but have pores the size of a Manhattan apartment all over my nose that I just can't get fixed. So despite the fact that I don't often have much luck with patches getting anything other than a well-developed white head cleared, I put one of these sheets upside down from the chin direction on my nose for a night. It was surprisingly uncomfortable. Once I put a normal pimple patch on, I can't feel it and forget it's there until the light hits it right. But the big strip across my nose was a very noticeable feeling that I was anxious to take off. I resisted the urge, and fell asleep. In the morning I was pleasantly surprised! There were more white spots than I expected from just enlarged pores without any developed white heads. So despite the discomfort, I will use these patches when I'm frustrated with a larger swath of my face. I have cut this brand's dot patches in half many times for smaller zits, and think you could slice this big patch up into many smaller bits to get it all where you really want it, but I wouldn't count on being able to save any of it for later once you've unsealed the package. I'm always interested in how to use these more frugally, because they seem really pricey to me. I generally don't want to use one unless I'm really sure that it will work.
