A comparison against Kat Von D's tattoo liner...
APPLICATION: The liner was inky right out of the box. The brush is stiffer and doesn't come to as sharp a point as the kat von d liner, however, it does go on MUCH darker and inkier, so better if you tend to do a thicker cat eye. The liner ink itself is quite 'sticky,' so if you need to wipe a mistake off or refine an edge, you need to scrub a little harder than with the kat von d liner.<br /><br />SMUDGING: I usually finish with a mineral powder dusting over my eyelid to set the liner. After my bike commute this morning, I noticed that the liner did smudge a bit under my eye (but somehow my eyelids were still fine).<br /><br />REMOVAL: As for complete removal, I had to switch to an oil-based remover rather than just my normal face wash and washcloth.
I love this stuff
I love this stuff. None of the scary chemicals; easy to put on. I used to buy it at Walgreens, but they don't always have it so I stocked up here. My only complaint is that the cap falls off if you throw it in your purse. Other than that, it's the best!

Great eyeliner
I have been using my Milani eyeliner for more than three years now. Itโs one of the best in the market, it last long and the color is very vibrant. I definitely recommend.

I love this eyeliner! It's pretty much the only one I use which is why I got it I bulk. It goes on smooth and once it dries it doesn't budge.
