No ghosting!
Finally a mineral sunscreen that has absolutely no ghosting. And it is a great consistency as well - thicker than a typical lotion and a little more liquid than a cream. Easy to spread. Not waxy, sticky or or greasy. You donโt even know you have it on. And not a bunch of perfume or other unnecessary stuff. It isnโt inexpensive, but it is worth the money. I wouldnโt suggest this for the entire body or youโll use the tube up in no time. But it is perfect for the face, and even for areas requiring extra protection, like a tattoo, etc.. At 2oz it is a great size to take with you in your carry-on.
Great scent and doesn't leave any big white residue.
Mineral sunscreen is the new trend in sunscreen, as it uses natural ingredients to provide protection against the sun. I've tried a few different mineral sunscreens, and this Disco SPF30 one has been one of my favorites. It blends in well compared to other mineral sunscreens (which tend to leave a strong white film on your skin).<br /><br />It's also the best smelling sunscreen I've ever used. It smells like a high quality lotion. The bottle is small, so ideal for travel use. It's expensive, so I will limit this to use on my face and use a cheaper bottle for my body.
Amazing mineral sun block! No whitecast!
I became a fan of this product as soon as I first put it on. First, it's an excellent consistency. Lots of sunscreens are super thick and icky, but this one was more of a medium thickness, and easily blended in to my skin. Importantly, it did not leave a white cast or any white residue! It is my understanding that mineral sunscreens are generally a better, healthier option to chemical sunscreens, which makes me love this product so much more. Oh, and the smell! It has this amazing eucalyptus smell. I know this is marketed for men, but I don't see any reason why women shouldn't use it. The only manly thing about it is the grey bottle (I guess?) and the somewhat manlier-than-usual eucalyptus smell. The only literal downside of this product is the cost, which is a bit pricey. BUT, it is an amazing product, so there's that too.
one of the best but pricey
Iโve become a fan of Disco products. Iโve also used their moisturizer and their face wash stick. Both are great. This sun block continues Discoโs excellent reputation and it has Discoโs signature eucalyptus scent which I love. Itโs a mineral sunscreen but it spreads very easily and rubs in much better than any other mineral sunblock Iโve used before. The white cast is minimal and itโs not greasy. The block holds up very well in hot and sweaty conditions as well as water. My only complaint is that $30 is really expensive for 2 ounces and that might prohibit me from buying this very often.
Disco mineral sunblock is the way to go
I wish this product came in a bigger size but I also do love the 2 ounce size because I can take it with me everywhere which enables me to be better at remembering to apply sunblock every time I go out and makes it easily accessible. The Disco mineral sunblock is very lightweight and smells great. I really like that it is free of harmful ingredients
No White Residue But Too Expensive
I've never heard of this brand before but it goes on easily and doesn't leave any white residue. A little goes a long way - a good thing given the eye popping price being charged for this. The sunscreen has protected my face well but so do many cheaper alternatives - I'd prefer to splurge on other things rather than sunscreen. But if you can afford it, it's a good product.
