Not awful
I’ve been using this for a while. My hair is originally platinum blonde, and the first time I dyed it, it came out a nice pastel pink. After a retouch, it was magenta, but it’s not a problem. It actually rinses out fairly well! Just use a decent shampoo. A few washes in and I now have a beautiful pastel pink. Four stars only because I need two bottles instead of one. Upkeep is costly, but bear in mind that it is /pink/ dye. It’s supposed to fade.
