Great moisturizer
It keeps my hair nice and soft.
There is Nothing Else Like it on the Market!
I have the the driest hair type and it is 4C. I have tried for the past 20 years to find a substitute for this product to no avail.<br />It provides incredible hydration to my hair. Usually any ongoing breakage ceases immediately after using this product. I suffer from dandruff borderline seborrheic dermatitis. Over the course of using this product all dandruff disappears.<br />I have used Miss Antilles while wearing braids, natural and having a perm.<br />* With braids:<br />I would say there is no downside to it while one is wearing braids. Miss Antilles provides all the hydration your hair needs while tucked away. Just remember to massage your scalp well. My hair smells fresh after wearing braids for a month. Once you use Miss Antilles based on my experience, it seems to prevent the growth of bacteria on the scalp.<br />* On natural Hair:<br />Miss Antilles does a great job at providing hydration for your hair. Allowing to growth but can feel a bit sticky to some.<br />* On permed hair:<br />Miss Antilles again provides incredible hydration, scalp is thoroughly clear but you will only manage to do a pony tail while using it. The hair becomes matte and sticky. I know many of friends and family tend to used it before their wash day.<br />I have decided to provide my extensive experience with Miss Antilles because I think for the quality of the product, it should be a staple in the afro hair community. I found that too many are unawared of its existence. I work in a diverse workplace and can't remember how often I have gifted this product to women of color. It has always been a hit, interestingly those who wear dreadlocks rave about it.<br />There you have it.<br />I have spent thousands in hair products. It is simply the best.
