Ok, i understand the concept but i'm having a hard time making them work... it has nothing to do with the quality but the access to water when i needed to refill them.. but since i'm new at this pipe smoking buisness i'm sure i'll figure it out..thanks
It was what I expected.
I still don't fully understand what they do except for the fact that. It keeps the tabaco moist so for that it does a good job.
