I can see why this shampoo gets either 5 stars or 1 star from its reviewers — and almost nothing in between.<br /><br />PROS: I like it because it contains only healthy ingredients with no SLS or other detergents nor any added fragrances — a blend with these features is such a rare thing, not easy to find. Also, it's very mild, with no stripping action, and leaves my hair soft + easy to comb even without conditioner. It's also one of the few shampoos that does not make my scalp itch. So, it's become my product of choice!<br /><br />CONS: Often (depending on how dirty the hair is) it doesn't suds on the first application... which is not what we're used to and can be frustrating... so, you could end up pouring on way too much of it toward that end. But just be patient: Don't add more, just rinse and do a second application, if needed... it will suds nicely.<br /><br />I first used this shampoo years ago and was glad to rediscover it a year or so ago via Amazon. I am definitely a fan.
