I really like the Wen products, but..........................

I really didn't know what to expect from this shampoo set. Since I live in Colorado, my hair seems to be more on the dry side. I've used the more natural shampoos, especially SLS free, for many years now, and found them to be much easier on my hair. I really like the Wen products, but I've discovered they are not something you can use on a regular basis because it starts building up. Since this is a clarifying shampoo, I decided to try it to use occasionally. I could hardly wait to get it, and I used it the very next day. I had read all the reviews on this product, so I knew to only use a small amount of each one. Compared to what I was used to using with the Wen. it was practically nothing. I was amazed that only a dime size of the shampoo actually cleaned my hair. And, the conditioner said it was very intensive, so I thought it might make my hair too soft to manage. But, I was so wrong......................MY HAIR FEELS AND LOOKS SO GOOD!! It styled so easily, is nicely conditioned, and also full of body. I know I've only used it one time, but I already love what it did for my hair.

I've been pleasantly pleased with the results of using both the shampoo and the conditioner. I've colored my hair for years now and the last time I got my hair cut I was told that I should use moisturizing products because my hair was dry. Since my hair is naturally wavy I don't like to use products that weigh it down and don't let the waviness come through. I've use this now for about 3 weeks and I've been pleased with the results. The shampoo doesn't lather up as much as some brands but I've found the same was true with other organic shampoos. I like the conditioner in that it leaves your hair so soft and silky. Looking at the bottles, it appears that this is going to last a long time. When you consider the number of shampoos you get the price isn't nearly as expensive as you first may think.<br /><br />I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

I was looking for a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner set and ordered these to try. I liked the packaging they came in and they looked like anything else in the shelf. The scent was fresh and refreshing. Upon use it seemed to work just as described and left my hair feeling great.
